Craven Smart Start, Inc. is requesting proposals to implement the following activities for a three year cycle beginning July 1, 2025:

  • DOLLY PARTON'S IMAGINATION LIBRARY

  • FAMILY LITERACY: PART-DAY CHILD CARE

  • MOTHEREAD/FATHEREAD

  • NC PRE-KINDERGARTEN 

  • RAISING A READER

RFP ISSUE DATE: Saturday, February 1st, 2025
DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Monday, February 17th, 2025

A summary of all questions and answers will be posted on the internet, located under
www.cravensmartstart.org (if applicable).

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS: Thursday, February 20th, 2025, 5:00 PM EST

No proposal will be accepted after this date and time.


PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
You must provide TWO copies of your RFP.
1) One electronic copy must be sent via email to: Cherie Holt by 5:00 pm EST., Thursday, February 20th, 2025.
2) One hardcopy with an original signature by 5:00 pm EST., Thursday, February 20th, 2025. You may drop off the hardcopy at our office or place it in the mail. If mailing, the postmark must be dated Thursday, February 20th, 2025.
Faxed copies will not be accepted.
